FLEXICOAT

Waterproofing

Flexicoat Rain Block Waterproofing Systems are formulated to provide durable and efficient protection against water and vapour penetration that may accelerate buildings and structural degradation. Flexicoat offers different systems suitable for different areas of application to impart maximum waterproofing and weatherproofing properties.

Torch-Applied Waterproofing Membrane

Flexicoat Torch-applied Waterproofing Membrane system utilizes a modified bituminous membrane reinforces with non-woven fiberglass. It is a high-performance roofing membrane system develop for use on flat, pitched or curved roofs providing a heavy duty barrier that is impermeable to water and moisture vapour.  It provides good tensile strength, toughness, elongation and can accommodate stress due to typical roof expansion and contraction cycles.

Polyurethane Waterproofing System

This system takes the advantage of single component Polyurethane-based liquid applied waterproofing that forms a highly flexible seamless membrane without joints where possible leaks may occur. Typically applied using squeegee or roller, PU Waterproofing Membrane provides ease in application, its being liquid waterproofing material allows it to be installed at difficult areas such as around pipes and irregular substrates.

Flexicoat Rainblock E50 Elastomeric Waterproofing

A ready-to-use premium quality elastomeric paint suited to both interior and exterior applications. Flexicoat RainBlock E-50 creates a continuous film that provides a long weather-resistant finish with outstanding adhesion and reduces crack transmission. This liquid applied acrylic based emulsion is formulated to provide long term durability and waterproofing barrier for concrete and most substrates.

Flexicoat Rainblock CM230 Cementitious Waterproofing

A heavy-duty waterproofing system utilizing a highly flexible, polymer-modified cement membrane that can be easily applied by brush, roller or trowel. The waterproof coating is composed of a polymeric resin, portland cement, and other active chemicals that when applied to concrete forms a superior water and moisture barrier. Reinforcement with Fiberglass matting increase durability and tensile strength of the system and allows spanning and waterproofing of larger cracks.
